Referral Terms & Conditions

When you refer a friend, colleague or hirer to Comcept and we make a successful placement as a result of that referral, then you are eligible to receive a cheque for up to £500.

The following terms apply to both permanent and contract referrals.

  1. If you have successfully referred someone for one of our live vacancies then they need to have been working at the client for three full months before payment is made.
  2. If you have referred someone who is recruiting, then Comcept need to have successfully placed a candidate in that role for three full months.
  3. A referral fee is only due for candidates and clients that Comcept are not already in contact with. For the avoidance of doubt this would mean a candidate whose CV is not already registered with us or a client whose vacancy is not already registered with us.
  4. The word `referral` means, for the avoidance of doubt, the presentation of either an applicant or hiring Manager by email to Comcept.
  5. A contract will exist between Comcept and its referrer, if any placement of the referred candidate is made within 6 months following the introduction of that candidate.
  6. A contract will exist between Comcept and its referrer, if the vacant position is filled by Comcept within 6 months following the introduction of that vacancy.
  7. You the referrer are responsible for any tax payable on any fees received from Comcept UK Limited.

How to calculate your fee

Permanent referrals

Your referral is offered up to £30,000.................................................reward is £200
Your referral is offered between £30,001 - £50,000.............................reward is £300
Your referral is offered between £50,001 - £75,000.............................reward is £400
Your referral is offered £75,001 or more.............................................reward is £500

Contract referrals

All contract referrals are a flat fee reward of £200.
